  • A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

  • All delivery timeframes begin the day after you place your order, unless otherwise stated.

  • If you do not receive your order within the stated timeframe or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@relex-world.com

1. Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ¥8,000

  • Flat Rate Shipping: ¥1,000 for orders below ¥8,000

Note: Additional options such as expedited or international shipping may be available at checkout depending on your location.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase.

  • Processing may take longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.

3. Delivery Time 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days after processing (if available)

Note: All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as weather, customs, or carrier issues.

We currently ship within Japan.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
You may also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

6. Shipping Issues

If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date at  info@relex-world.com
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
